RETURN TERMS


At QOOT, we strive to provide a seamless and convenient shopping experience for our customers. Please note that our application serves as an intermediary that connects customers with grocery stores, which handle their own delivery services.

These Return Terms (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the procedure and conditions for the return of goods and services provided by QOOT (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), a company registered and operating in accordance with the legislation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

1.1 The Return Terms are an integral part of agreements and arrangements concluded between the Seller and the Buyer concerning the return of goods and services.
1.2 The Buyer confirms their agreement with the Return Terms by placing an order on the Seller's Application.


2. Return & Exchange Policy.

2.1 Returns & Exchanges: If a customer receives damaged or incorrect products, the grocery store is solely responsible for handling returns and exchanges.
2.2 Customer Support: Customers can contact the grocery store directly via the app or through any other available communication method to resolve any issues related to product quality or replacements.
2.3 Liability Disclaimer: QOOT is not responsible for returns or exchanges, as the grocery store (seller) assumes full responsibility for the products it supplies.


Return policies may vary from one grocery store to another, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
